These Terms govern your use of Maya OneDesk ("the Service"), a software-as-a-service product provided by PremiumAV Private Limited ("we", "us"). By signing up or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You may start with a 7-day free trial. You are responsible for the accuracy of registration details and for keeping login credentials secure. Each company account (tenant) is separate; you may only access data belonging to your own company.
After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription at Rs 1,000 per user per month (plus applicable taxes such as GST). Fees are billed for the number of users you create. We may revise pricing with prior notice.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access to other tenants' data, upload unlawful content, or use the Service to violate any law. You are responsible for the data you store.
You retain ownership of your data. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. Endpoint security features (e.g. USB lock, file-type control, anti-theft) are enforced by a companion agent installed on your devices and depend on correct installation and configuration.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and factors beyond our control may cause downtime.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or misuse. You may stop using the Service at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation policy.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the Service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have jurisdiction.
