This policy applies to Maya OneDesk subscriptions provided by PremiumAV Private Limited.
Every new company starts with a 7-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial, so nothing is charged if you do not subscribe.
Subscriptions are billed monthly per user. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable. You may cancel future renewals at any time; your access continues until the end of the paid period.
To cancel, contact maya@maya123.com or +91-9811178988 before your next renewal date. After cancellation, your account moves to read-only / inactive and data is retained for a limited period for re-activation.
If the Service is materially unavailable due to our fault for an extended period, contact us - approved adjustments are applied as service credit or refund at our discretion.
Email maya@maya123.com with your company name and registered email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
